2. Service Requests
To request service, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding the issue or requested work. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our area of service, expertise, or that cannot be completed safely or satisfactorily.
3. Pricing and Payment
Quotes: Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of evaluation. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered or if the scope of work changes.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Late Payments: Failure to submit payment when due may result in additional charges, service suspension, or collection efforts.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Warranties and Liability
Service Warranty: DeGraffenreid Heating & Cooling provides a limited warranty on parts and/or labor where applicable. Warranty terms vary depending on the service and manufacturer guidelines.
Liability: DeGraffenreid Heating & Cooling is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area. Any delays, rescheduling, or additional labor required due to restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, logos, and materials on the DeGraffenreid Heating & Cooling website are the property of DeGraffenreid Heating & Cooling and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
